Item doesn't fit you? No problem – you can return your order within the legal cancellation period.

Return Process for Online Orders

You can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• All tags, stickers, and security features are intact and undamaged

How it works:

1. Return request by email:
   Send a short message with your cancellation request and order number (starting with “#”) to info@vintageonfriday.com
2. Securely pack and send return with insurance:
   You bear the return shipping costs. Please send with tracking – we are not liable for lost returns.
3. Refund:
   After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 1–14 working days to the original payment method.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments including standard shipping fees...

The refund will occur once we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return...

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction...

We may refuse the refund if the goods were not returned properly...

You must return the goods within 14 days after declaring cancellation...

You are only liable for any diminished value if the handling was beyond checking quality and function.

Exclusion for Non-EU Purchases

The legal right of withdrawal applies only to customers residing in the EU or certain EEA countries...

No Return Right for In-Store Purchases

Items bought directly in our Munich showroom are excluded unless faulty...

Please also note: Certificates of authenticity (e.g., via Entrupy) and purchases in the showroom are excluded from the refund.
